Course Offerings

  • Master Black Belt: 2 weeks

This course covers advanced problem solving and data analysis methods.

The candidates are also instructed on how to develop and deliver course materials.

Prerequisite: Must be a certified Black Belt.

  • Black Belt: 5 weeks

This is a highly blended course, offering those tools and methods that have proven to be most effective for solving any type of business problem.

The material includes topics from the classical DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology along with a significant amount of LEAN modules and complemented with DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) tools and Change Management fundamentals.

Our curriculum was developed with commonality in mind. Since Black Belts (although we prefer the term Project Leader) need to be able to work service projects (transactional) as well as product projects (industrial) we have developed a curriculum that achieves this objective. Exercises and examples address both types of projects.
